Crémant d'Alsace 2022 - Alsace - Domaine Charles Frey

Crafted from biodynamic grapes grown on sandy-granite soils, this Riesling showcases finesse and minerality. Aged for a minimum of 30 months on laths, it gains complexity, fruitiness, and elegance. The wine has a lively and aromatic profile with fresh ripe fruit, nutty notes, and hints of toasted bread and spices. The fine bubbles and powerful yet refined character make it both vibrant and elegant.

Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes.
