Château Saint Maurice 2023 is a Rhône-style red blend of Grenache and Syrah, grown on rounded pebble slopes over red clay. The wine undergoes low-temperature maceration and fermentation, resulting in a juicy, fleshy mouthfeel with red fruit, spice, and earthy aromas. Its beautiful tannic structure adds depth, making it a classic bistro wine.
