Grapes from La Côte des Bar are fermented in steel tanks and aged on lees for three years. The wine presents a golden hue with fine bubbles and aromas of apple, raspberry, brioche, and grilled notes. It offers a creamy, generous mouthfeel with vivacity, leading to a long, clean finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal for an aperitif, or to pair with canapés, seafood, fish, and chicken.
