We help engaged couples choose wine for their tables: a short online chat about menu, vibe and budget, then a clear proposal matched to the day. We deliver Australia-wide. We do not cold-outreach South Australian wedding leads.

After the first meeting and discussion with the couple, we chat with them to pick a small sample of bottles (usually three) delivered for tasting at home.
Wine for this tasting experience is provided at normal website prices (same as the shop). Delivery follows our usual delivery rules. There is no free or discounted tasting pack.
Once they have tasted, we finalise the reception list and proposal together. If they then order their wedding wine with us, the discovery tasting amount is included in the paid wine total that your partner thank-you is calculated on.

Please tell us when a couple comes from you (reply to Léandre or write to bonjour@thefrenchcarousel.com.au) so we can attribute the order correctly.
When a couple orders through your introduction, you receive a thank-you that is a percentage of the couple’s paid wine order, calculated on the amount excluding GST. It is a percentage of that wine total, not a flat fee. Wedding wine orders stay at normal website prices.
The percentage grows with how many couples you introduce to us in a calendar year (counted when their attributed wine order is paid):
- 1 to 2 couples in the year: 5%
- 3 to 5 couples in the year: 6%
- 6 or more couples in the year: 7%
There is no commission on gift cards. A discovery tasting on its own does not earn a thank-you; if the couple then orders their wedding wine with us, the tasting amount is added into the paid wine total for your thank-you %.
We pay the thank-you once the couple’s reception wine order is paid and delivered.
The thank-you % is worked out on the wine total before GST.
If you are registered for GST, please send us a tax invoice for your thank-you (add GST on that invoice if you charge it). If you are not GST-registered, invoice us for the thank-you amount only.
